Since the item is custom made, all sales are FINAL .

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to Tobita.

Returns can only be accepted if it is the fault of the crafter. The return must be approved by Tobita and the item must be returned within 10 calendar days. Shipping fees are non refundable.

If you place an order and change your mind before the item is completed, Tobita will refund the amount less 20%.
